2021 vendor applications are now open!

Each year at A Night Before Christmas we include a broad range of vendors who offer a wide variety of food and beverage options. We are now welcoming vendors to apply to trade at A Night Before Christmas 2021.

Please note that spaces are limited and vendors will be selected based on the following criteria:

Innovative, fresh and high-quality products
Interesting presentation of individual stalls/food trucks is encouraged
Pre-prepared food or food prepared fresh for consumption on site
Contributes to variety and choice of food provided on the night
Reasonable pricing of products
Working to divert waste from landfill by using compostable packaging

Preferably your food truck or vendor stand will be self-powered, however if you do require power, please indicate so here.

Total Size of Site

Please ensure this is the entire size of the footprint required, including towbars, awnings etc. (This will be used to allocate exact space onsite.)

Payments

List the payment systems you will have available at ANBC (Eftpos, Credit, Paywave, cash only, etc).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All vendors must abide by the terms and conditions outlined in the A Night Before Christmas 2021 Food Vendor Information Pack. If your application is successful, you will be required to sign and return a Food Vendor Agreement in order to confirm your vendor position. Failure to return the signed Vendor Agreement and pay the site deposit by the due date may result in your application being canceled.
